30 Days to a Healthier Lifestyle

Happy Monday! I'm super excited to announce that I have decided to create a 30 day healthy lifestyle challenge!




30 Days to a Healthier Lifestyle Challenge :

Eliminating: Dairy, Gluten, Sugar, Alcohol, and Caffeine

There are exceptions. This isn't a cookie cutter plan. Together, we will figure out what works best for you.

During the 30 days, I will help you create a meal plan, provide recipes, and support and coach you throughout the whole journey.

If you choose to partake, you will also be added into a private Facebook group, where I will share information such as:

  • Lesser known foods that cause inflammation
  • The effect sugar has on our body
  • How to eat clean and reset cravings from processed and sugary food
  • Natural remedies for congestion/sinuses, anxiety/depression and chronic pain

  2. Great post, I don't drink and smoke but sugar is my thing. Chocolates and Ice cream are my favorites. Thanks for sharing the above post. At least I got an Idea on how to challenge myself with healthy eating plan.

  4. Great post.I have to make a space with sugar. I need so much sugar for all drinks like tea, coffee etc. Thanks for this one.

  7. Good Luck! I can't wait to see the recipes you will be doing. I always struggle to find good healthy recipes that are different than the ones I am use to that revolve around grilled chicken haha

  8. I love that you're doing this! It's a good inspiration to others as well. I've also been focusing on my health since last year and I just love seeing people switch to a healthier lifestyle! Totally worth it.

  13. I promise I want to eat cleaner. I think I am naturally getting removed from eating too much meat, not going vegan but just minimizing my meat intake.

  14. This is really cool. I might give this a go too. If not everything (coffee is a tough one for me) I definitely want to avoid gluten and see what affect that has on my body.

  16. Sugar can be tough to eliminate. I've tried it just to see how I would feel. You really notice the difference when you make small changes.

  17. I am sure that will be exciting. It will be hard to eliminate all of the sugars because there are so many. Whether milk or fruit or processed sugar, it's everywhere. Hope it goes amazingly.

    It's simple, yet effective. A lot of times it's challenging to get that "perfect balance" between superb
    usability and appearance. I must say that you've done a awesome job with this.
    Additionally, the blog loads super quick for me on Safari.
