Yom Kippur Resolutions 5777/2016

Yom Kippur...Known as the day of atonement. I reflect on the past year and consider it a time to do a spiritual cleansing. I love this holiday; it's not just a time to right wrongs and vow to change, it's a time to become more aware. To learn what is working and what isn't. To start creating new habits. Unlike the typical January 1st resolutions, these are more spiritually based.

Today, I'm looking inward and seeing what doesn't serve me and what I want to create for myself in the upcoming year.

In the year 5777, I will....

  • Let go - Find the silver lining each day

  • Stay present and be more mindful

  • Listen to my intuition

  • Continue on my current path of self discovery

  • Find joy in the little things

  • Reconnect to G-D and source.

In the coming year, I will count my blessings and remember how grateful I am. I will let my light shine and radiate love and positivity.

I pray for peace and compassion as we enter this new year.

Gmar Chatimah Tova! May you be inscribed in the book of life. ❤
